In our modern generation now, some girls don't even know how to cook rice. Because they are just focused on their gadgets, social media sites and etc. Teens right now is so different on my teenage days. I am telling the truth guys. No hard feelings. PEACE ✌️✌️
So here we go. I'm going to teach you on how to cook this simple tamarind soup-based recipe. This dish is really famous here in the Philippines. And this is one of my favorite dish. It's main ingredient is pork. This is mostly cook at lunch. Especially if the weather is cold. Sipping this hot tamarind soup-based together with it's partner, fish sauce w/ crushed siling labuyo will bring your soul into heaven. Nah' just kidding bro.
How to cook Pork Sinigang:
1.) First, prepare all the ingredients needed.

How to cook Pork Sinigang:
1.) First, prepare all the ingredients needed.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium sized tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium sized onion, sliced
- Pork liempo or Pork belly, cut into serving size
- 1 radish(labanos), sliced diagonally
- 1 bunch of string beans
- 2 pcs. siling pangsinigang
- 4 pcs. okra
- 2 pcs. taro, quartered
- 1 bunch of spinach or kangkong
- 1 pack of Sinigang Mix sa Sampalok
- salt to taste
- Fish sauce w/ crushed siling labuyo (for sawsawan or sauce)
2.) Boil pork in 2liters of water until it tender.
3.) Add onion and tomatoes, simmer it for few minutes.
4.) Add the Sinigang Mix and some salt to taste.
5.) Then add the radish and taro. Simmer until it's both tender.
6.) Add the string beans, okra and the siling pangsinigang.
7.) Then, lower the heat. Add the spinach or kangkong. Leave it for 3minutes.
8.) And remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy.
Best serve when it's still hot together with the fish sauce and crushed siling labuyo. Try this on.
