Water is important because it is the major constituent of our bodies and vital organs. And drinking water is very important in the way to have a good health. If you're feeling fatigued, one of the reason is your not drinking enough water. After workouts, drinking water is very important. If you got dry skin, it means that you're lack of drinking water. Most people, like me don't realize that drinking water at the right time is very important in our health. We just think that if we drink water when we're thirsty, just finished a meal or tired is enough. And that's our mistake. Here are the number of glasses of water that we need to drink together with it's time.
- At morning, we should drink 2 glasses of water to helps activate our internal organs.
- Before our meal, we should drink 1 glass of water for digestion.
- Drinking 1 glass of water before taking a shower helps prevent high blood pressure.
- And lastly, before going to bed we should drink 1 glass of water to helps prevent strokes or heart attacks.
It's for our own sake. Sometimes, 'Prevention is better than cure'.
